Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• At least 3 years of IT systems administration experience.
• At least 1 year of identity management experience with AD and authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration and operation of the customer’s IAM solutions.
• Manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and enforce access control policies.
• Support MFA and Single Sign-On configurations under supervision.
