Job summary

Interclypse in Maryland is seeking an IT professional to assist in daily administration of customer IAM solutions. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and help enforce access control policies under supervision.

The role includes supporting authentication technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO). A Bachelor's degree in CS or IS and at least three years of IT systems administration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• At least 1 year of experience with identity management systems such as Active Directory and basic authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration and operation of customer IAM solutions.
• Manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and enforce access control policies.
• Work under supervision of senior engineers to support MFA and SSO.
