Job summary

Interclypse in Maryland is seeking an IAM Support Specialist to assist in daily administration of customer IAM solutions. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and help enforce access control policies under supervision.

The role focuses on MFA and SSO technologies, with a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS and 3+ years of IT systems administration. On-site Maryland positions offer growth and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in IT systems administration.
• At least one (1) year of experience with identity management systems such as Active Directory and basic knowledge of authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration and operation of the customer’s IAM solutions.
• Manage user accounts and troubleshoot access issues.
• Enforce access control policies under supervision of senior engineers, supporting MFA and SSO.
