Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. is seeking an IAM Administrator to support customer IAM solutions on-site in Maryland. The role involves managing user accounts, resolving access issues, and enforcing access controls under supervision, with exposure to MFA and SSO technologies.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in CS/IS and have 3+ years in IT systems administration, including at least 1 year in identity management such as Active Directory and authentication protocols.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• At least three (3) years of experience in IT systems administration.
• At least one (1) year of experience with identity management systems such as Active Directory and basic knowledge of authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the daily administration and operation of the customer’s IAM solutions.
• Manages user accounts, troubleshoots access issues, and helps enforce access control policies.
• Works under the supervision of senior engineers to support technologies like Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign‑On (SSO).
