Job summary

CACI seeks an IAM Architect to design and lead enterprise IAM solutions for a government customer. You will guide engineers in delivering next-generation IAM services and collaborate with Azure, Network, and Security Architects to ensure secure integration across platforms.

Responsibilities include defining IAM solutions for PIV/Certificate Base Authentication, SSO, and RBAC across cloud environments, with a focus on automation and risk reduction. DHS EOD eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Identity space with identity management tools.
• Strong knowledge of HSPD12 and government smart card authentication.
• Expert knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Kerberos and related protocols.
• RBAC solutions for cloud environments (Azure) are required.
• Experience documenting technical architectures and IAM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design IAM solutions to support PIV/Certificate Base Authentication, FIDO 2.
• Enable SSO with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for applications.
• Define org constructs and user access roles with customers.
• Develop processes for onboarding, lifecycle management, and privileged access.
• Advise stakeholders on IAM best practices and architecture.
• Define Azure Entra ID, certificate lifecycle, and privileged access management.
• Identify opportunities for automated onboarding/offboarding.
