Job summary

Tempus is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure identity and access management across on-prem and cloud environments. You will lead Okta deployments, workflows, and integration with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM to protect sensitive genomic data.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with hands-on Terraform and GitHub usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT security experience.
• 2+ years of IAM engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with Okta and Okta Workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with IAM principles, frameworks, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across domains.
• Identify and mitigate IAM-related security risks.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to promote IAM awareness.
