Job summary

Arkhya Tech. Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced IAM program leader to drive IAM, IGA and PAM initiatives across complex enterprise environments, enforcing least-privilege access and governance frameworks.

You will manage vendor relationships and budgets, own strategic initiatives, present program updates to executive leadership and client stakeholders, and mentor a growing IAM team to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions.

Job description

• Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Strong experience implementing IAM governance frameworks and enforcing least-privilege access models across enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing IAM programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently drive complex projects with minimal supervision and ownership mindset.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements within regulated industries, preferably BFSI.
• Experience presenting technical and program-level updates to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
• Excellent people management, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
