Job summary

Clarios is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, build, and improve secure identity solutions across its global technology environment. You will work with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and CyberArk to provide secure access to applications and services.

You will implement JML processes, RBAC and Zero Trust principles, support SSO/MFA, and pursue automation to simplify access and improve user experience, collaborating with Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IAM or identity services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and CyberArk.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, SCIM, PKI, identity federation.
• Knowledge of least privilege and Zero Trust principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve secure IAM solutions across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Support and enhance Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle management.
• Develop access models based on RBAC, least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
• Support SSO, MFA, SCIM, PAM, PKI, identity federation, and directory synchronization.
• Help implement modern authentication solutions, including passwordless, token, and card-based authentication.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and IAM subject matter expertise.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service to simplify access and improve the employee experience.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Applications teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
