Job summary

Jobot in the United States seeks an experienced IAM Engineer to design, develop, and manage identity, authentication, and access control systems across our manufacturing operations. You will ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability by applying multi-layered security techniques and cloud strategies.

The role covers SSO, identity federation, MFA, API security, and SOX compliance, collaborating with multiple IT teams to deliver robust IAM solutions while supporting audits and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience with cloud focus, JavaScript and security.
• Experience with IAM tools: IdentityIQ, Okta, Workday.
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and identity certificates.
• Experience with SAP integration of IAM.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust IAM solutions meeting accessibility, availability, robustness, and security needs.
• Manage integration of IAM tools with existing applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain IAM features such as SSO, identity federation, MFA, and risk-based adaptive authentication.
• Gather IAM requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Ensure SOX compliance for access control and identity management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to securely integrate IAM with other apps.
• Provide technical support for IAM products and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement API security strategies.
• Review and update IAM policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of security protocols.
