Job summary

lastmile ID | a Confluxsys company is seeking an IAM Engineer to design and develop IAM integration solutions, expanding the value of customers' IAM investments. You will manage engagements, lead teams, and provide customers with practical IAM solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of IAM experience with OIM/OIG or ITIM/ISIM, strong Java development skills, and familiarity with IAM APIs, LDAP, and RESTful services.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience as Identity Management Engineer/Consultant with OIM/OIG or ITIM/ISIM.
• Expert with IAM functionality and integration: OIM/ISIM.
• Strong knowledge of IAM API, integration, and custom development.
• Experience designing and developing applications and integrations in Java.
• Familiarity with Java EE and RESTful services.
• Understanding of RDBMS, LDAP, HTTP Server & Application Server concepts.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IAM integration solutions based on customer use cases.
• Implement integrations with IAM APIs and target applications (SAAS/enterprise/legacy).
• Develop access governance components and onboarding processes.
• Perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Lead engagements, manage teams, and deliver valuable IAM solutions.
