Zusammenfassung

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Director to lead a team of IAM engineers and analysts. You will architect, integrate, and administer enterprise IAM infrastructure, reporting to the Deputy CIO/GM of the EIS Division. The role is on-site at our Chantilly, VA facility, with potential El Segundo, CA work.

You will drive modernization, standardization, and secure collaboration across networks while ensuring Zero Trust and strong access controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT/Security with at least 6+ years in IAM technologies.
• Hands-on with identity provisioning, PKI, MFA, federated identity, and directory services.
• Experience designing enterprise IAM projects like SSO, MFA, RBAC, PKI, Active Directory, and Zero Trust.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute an enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with strategic initiatives and business requirements.
• Oversee delivery of IAM projects, services, and infrastructure enterprise-wide.
• Lead modernization of IAM capabilities, migrating to platforms like Microsoft Entra/M365.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and other teams to clarify ownership and automate tasks.
• Drive standardization of IAM services across networks and external collaboration.
