Work you will do

• Assist, collaborate, lead, and facilitate in support of the overall design, strategy, delivery, and best practices of IAM capabilities.
• Implements success-driven solutions that align to client business goals and provide the desired outcomes.
• Creates and maintains documentation and flow charts.
• Acts as the driver and innovator for the development of identity management solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelors Degree required
• 3+ years of experience with the following:
• Experience with implementation and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Okta or ForgeRock
• Experience with O&M, integration, capability enhancements, and upgrades
• Application onboarding via delimited files and OOTB connectors
• Program experience with Java, Python, PowerShell, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services
• Development experience in implementing and customizing lifecycle management events, workflows, rules, and custom reports
• Experience developing rules like Build Map, Correlation, Exclusion, Policy Violation, Policy Formatting etc., as part of connector development
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
• Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
• Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant Certification
• Experience with CIAM/ICAM
• Experience in consumer identity and directory services
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
• SailPoint Certification Preferred
