Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an IAM Delivery Manager to lead the Identity & Access Management program, guiding a team of IAM Engineers to secure and scale enterprise identity services.

You will own platform ownership for SailPoint ISC, Okta Workforce Identity, and Delinea PAM, drive roadmap, audits, and cross-functional delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years IAM, 7+ years leadership, and a background in banking or compliance. This role offers strong benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years Identity & Access Management or cybersecurity experience.
• 7+ years leadership or technical team leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams supporting enterprise IAM platforms.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IAM Engineers and mentor staff.
• Oversee SailPoint ISC, Okta Workforce Identity, Delinea PAM and Service Account Management.
• Own IAM roadmap and project onboarding, and cross-functional IAM projects.
• Develop resource plans, priorities, schedules, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory examinations, and risk controls.
• Partner with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams on controls.
