Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager for Cyber Managed Services in the San Francisco area. You will oversee service delivery, quality, and client satisfaction through planning, coordination, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include providing status updates, identifying risks and opportunities, coaching staff, and maintaining professional engagement by reporting progress to senior management. Travel as needed; U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in IDM or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IDM, and security controls within managed services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce professional client materials.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical and engagement information clearly.
• Flexibility for travel based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
