Job summary

Exxon Mobil Corporation in Spring, TX is seeking an Identity & Access Management Technologist to oversee authentication and access management across the enterprise, including cloud and on‑premises systems. You will ensure security, performance, and high availability while educating and supporting teams involved in IAM tooling and vulnerability scanning.

The role collaborates with IAM, Cybersecurity, and Software Security groups to drive initiatives, monitor progress, and implement best practices

Qualifications

3+ years in Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Technology Deployment & Integration

Responsibilities

Oversee authentication and access management across enterprise, including cloud and on‑prem environments
Ensure systems are secure, performant, and highly available
Educate, guide, and support tools used to scan applications and identify vulnerabilities
Collaborate with IAM, Cybersecurity, and Software Security teams to drive initiatives
Monitor progress and provide insights for system improvements
Implement and maintain best practices to optimize security and efficiency
Train new team members on authentication protocols and security procedures
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards to limit enterprise risk
