Job summary

Acuity Inc. is building a modern IAM/CIAM platform to support its digital product portfolio.

You will shape identity strategy across enterprise and customer domains, working with engineering, security, and product teams to drive standardization, security-first design, and scalable identity services. Responsibilities include leading design of authentication flows, authorization models, and identity governance, with hands-on work on Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 8–12 years in software engineering, security, or identity domains.
• 5+ years hands-on IAM/CIAM implementations across environments.
• Experience designing at-scale, multi-application, multi-tenant systems.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML.
• Hands-on with Entra ID, Okta or equivalents.
• Cloud familiarity (Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication and Agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Define IAM/CIAM architecture aligned to Zero Trust principles.
• Design scalable authentication and authorization models.
• Establish standards and reference architectures for identity services.
• Drive platform selection and roadmap for identity capabilities.
• Lead identity solutions using Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, Ping, etc.
• Ensure token lifecycle, sessions, and SSO/MFA workflows scale.
• Design customer IAM services, onboarding, lifecycle governance.
• Implement MFA, adaptive auth, and conditional access.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate identity into apps.
• Support governance, compliance and security reviews.
