We are seeking a talented Business Analyst for a contract opportunity supporting a client located in Seattle/Overland Park, KS.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating all business-facing activities with stakeholders, onboarding the designated scope for the privileged access team, the business, and system/application administrators. Additional responsibilities include end-user support and tracking upcoming go-lives by ensuring change request processes are followed and communications are properly distributed.
General Overview:
- Create business requirements for dashboards and reports.
- Manage release planning, including communication with SMEs, managers, and others, maintaining the release schedule, handling all release data requests and change requests, and facilitating readiness meetings.
- Serve as the Release Manager during release windows, overseeing all communication for pre-production, production, and post-production activities related to CyberArk implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned, often on the fly, in coordination with project managers and the manager's oversight.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, project management, business administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with elicitation, scope definition, documentation, and collaboration with technical staff.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance policies and procedures.
- Basic understanding of security concepts.
- Familiarity with PAM/IAM tools such as CyberArk, Active Directory, Okta, etc.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access governance.
- Proficiency in programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and email tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to consult and make sound recommendations across various interactions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, serving as a resource for less experienced staff.
