We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the end-to-end delivery and enhancement of enterprise IAM capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of security, compliance, and process governance, playing a key part in shaping IAM initiatives to meet business and risk objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery and implementation of IAM features, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with IAM architects, engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements.
• Define and maintain process flows, governance documentation, and control procedures for IAM capabilities.
• Support user adoption, training, and integration efforts for new IAM/authentication tools and services.
• Track and report on key metrics around usage, adoption, and control effectiveness.
• Contribute to the enhancement of an internally developed IAM tool, working on feature expansions and broader capabilities.
• Internal/custom-developed IAM platform (Oracle ID)
• Entra ID (Azure AD) – for directory and access services
• Forcepoint – for endpoint security
