Job summary

Voto Consulting LLC is seeking a specialist to translate CLIENT business functions into actionable role and entitlement definitions. The role sits between the IAM Architect and CLIENT’s application/business owners, focusing on governance, lifecycle, and access controls.

The candidate will map up to 45 role definitions and entitlement criteria, including approvals and segregation-of-duties, with a focus on Phase 1 priority applications. Strong Excel/data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in access governance and identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to conduct business analysis/workshops to capture entitlement needs.
• Familiarity with role mining or access analysis and segregation-of-duties.
• Experience in access certification processes.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate CLIENT business functions into an actionable role and entitlement model.
• Serve as the bridge between IAM Architect and CLIENT's application/business owners.
• Develop up to 45 role definitions with clear assignment criteria, access, approvals, and lifecycle ownership.
• Map entitlements for Phase 1 priority applications, ensuring compliance and controls.

The scope requires up to 45 role definitions covering assignment criteria, required application/data access, approval ownership, segregation-of-duties considerations and lifecycle ownership. It also requires entitlement-level mapping for the Phase 1 priority applications.
