Job summary

Komodo Health is hiring a Senior IT Analyst to maintain and improve our computer systems and networks. You will escalate complex issues, own onboarding/offboarding, and develop robust IT playbooks while enabling teams with training and self-service resources.

You’ll lead incident resolution, document root causes, and drive process improvements across tools like Okta, G Workspace, Meraki, and Zoom. A strong communicator with a passion for AI‑assisted workflows will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support environment with Mac OS and Windows
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune)
• Experience owning IT Asset Management systems (e.g., SnipeIT, AssetSonar, ServiceNow, SCCM)
• Ability to independently perform root cause analysis and drive resolution
• Experience leading end-to-end projects with minimal oversight
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and translating technical concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication; focus on documentation and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical issues with onsite SF presence 2–3 days/week
• Lead onboarding/offboarding lifecycle for employees, vendors, and contractors
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and processes for consistency and transfer
• Identify and resolve issues across core platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, Intune)
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across Mac and PC environments and drive long-term resolution
• Design and deliver IT training and enablement programs
• Drive corrective/preventive actions and inform longer-term infrastructure improvements
