Job summary

ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC is seeking an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst to define RBAC models, support SSO/MFA adoption, and drive Privileged Access Management across a global organization. The role is based in Chicago with a minimum of three onsite days per week.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IAM experience, familiarity with SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk, and strong communication skills to coordinate with developers, owners, and business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, Authentication and PAM principles; Sailpoint IIQ and CyberArk are pluses.
• Ability to balance regulatory and security requirements with business needs and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM business processes.
• Engage with global stakeholders to coordinate IAM changes.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on IAM practices.
• Contribute to the IAM roadmap with input from global stakeholders.
• Support application owners in defining authorization matrices.
• Advise on access design aligning with architecture and security needs.
• Coordinate and drive RBAC activities for SailPoint onboarding.
• Define functional requirements and test SailPoint integrations.
