Job summary

SATCON Inc. is seeking an IAM Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to lead role mining, RBAC design, and access governance. You will align business requirements with IAM solutions, work with stakeholders and application owners, and help onboard applications with proper provisioning and access controls.

The role emphasizes proficiency with SailPoint platforms, RBAC modeling, and strong data-analysis skills to translate business needs into technical IAM specs. Onsite in Erie, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM/IGA platforms (SailPoint IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, Ping Identity or Savinyt).
• Strong knowledge of Role Mining, RBAC, IAM/IGA, entitlements and access governance.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel/data analysis.
• Excellent business communication, stakeholder management, requirements gathering and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform role mining and access analysis to identify business and IT roles based on user/entitlement patterns.
• Design and maintain RBAC models, business roles, IT roles, and access profiles in SailPoint.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and application owners to understand access requirements and validate proposed roles.
• Conduct meetings and translate business requirements into IAM/SailPoint functional requirements.
• Support application onboarding, including account/entitlement aggregation, provisioning, and connector configuration.
• Identify excessive, redundant, or inappropriate access and support least privilege initiatives.
• Support role lifecycle, access certifications, entitlement reviews, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes.
• Prepare role-mining analysis, recommendations, documentation, and business presentations.
