Job summary

TekWissen LLC seeks an IAM Analyst to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services team. Responsibilities include assisting with Quarterly and Annual Access Reviews, processing ServiceNow and JIRA tickets, and handling RSA SecurID tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident management systems; prefer JIRA and ServiceNow for tickets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Quarterly and Annual Access Reviews.
• Process IAM JIRA tickets for key projects.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT Change Management (ITCM).
• Monitor IAM dashboards.
• Manage RSA administration and IAM mailbox.
• Update IAM documentation.
