Addepar is seeking an IAM Analyst to join the Information Security & Risk team. You will help advance the Internal Identity & Access Management program, improving security posture and governance across integrated systems.

The role emphasizes policy, risk assessments, and collaboration with broader security initiatives. Applicants must have the right to work in the United States on day one; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering preferred.
• Hands-on IAM experience with security governance and access management.
• Familiarity with SOC2 requirements and data governance.
• Understanding NHIs and associated security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for IAM administration tools and workflows.
• Improve IAM program maturity through data quality and role decision enhancements.
• Enforce Least Privilege across systems while balancing user experience.
• Design scalable processes/technologies to strengthen overall security posture.
