Job summary

Kelly Services seeks an IAM Analyst for a 24-month contract in a hybrid role based in Taylor, TX. You’ll support Identity & Access Management operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment and handle access governance, reviews, and ticket workflows.

The role requires experience with ServiceNow/JIRA, Active Directory, and SQL, plus MFA administration and strong communication. Taylor, TX hybrid work offers flexibility and stability.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow and/or JIRA.
• Knowledge of Active Directory & IAM.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM programs and access governance.
• Perform quarterly and annual access reviews.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Support RSA SecurID MFA administration.
• Maintain Active Directory and IAM documentation.
• Monitor dashboards and IAM mailbox.

What we're looking for:

• Experience with ServiceNow and/or JIRA
• Knowledge of Active Directory & IAM
• Familiarity with SQL
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong MS Office experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
