A staffing agency is seeking a Process Manager in Richmond, VA. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite each week. Job Title: Process Manager

Location: Richmond, VA (open to relo)

Schedule: hybrid 3 days onsite a week

Rate: $45-$50/hr(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Duration: ~6 months w/ 6-month extensions up to the 2 years (possibility for conversion as well)

Must Have:

• Process*

• 3 will be focused on control monitoring work
• 4th might work with his L1 folks operationally
• Not coders or developers, will be working ALL ACCESS (Client's app that runs all access to all apps across the org)
• Someone who would say “ALL ACCESS is new to me but I’m familiar w/ APIs and file transfers and can catch on quickly”
• How to use excel – looking at data and saying “this is broken, this is how we might fix it”
