Cintas Corporation seeks an IAM Administrator-Level 2 to manage enterprise IAM services, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC. The role also covers governance, audit support, and escalation handling while mentoring Level 1 staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in IAM or related security operations, with experience in AD, Entra ID, and ticket fulfillment. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–6 years of IAM administration, systems administration, cybersecurity operations, or access governance
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, access groups, user lifecycle management, and ticket-based fulfillment
• Working knowledge of IAM operations, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and audit support
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and control

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support enterprise IAM services including identity lifecycle management and access provisioning
• Support access governance, audit activities, and regulatory adherence
• Troubleshoot complex access issues and serve as escalation point for IAM requests
• Manage privileged access processes and mitigate access-related risks
• Drive process improvements through automation, documentation, and mentorship of junior staff
• Occasional after-hours on-call, change windows, incident response participation, or project work
