Qualifications

• Minimum freight forwarding experience of 5–7 years.
• Experience managing branch operations with P&L oversight.
• Background in international air and ocean freight plus domestic forwarding.
• Domicile within proximity of IAH Airport (Houston, TX).
• Experience with agency/franchise freight forwarding models.

Responsibilities

• Revenue growth through diversified freight services and margins.
• Lead and coach a sales team of logistics reps.
• Oversee operations and customer service ensuring TeamNAV compliance.
• Maintain a best-of-class branch operation and brand standards.
• Ensure a professional, safe, and organized work environment.
• Manage accounts receivable collections with targets.
• Drive KPIs to meet performance goals.
• Oversee cartage operations for local and network business.
• Build and sustain branch profitability.
