The role emphasizes team development, collaboration with other branches, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction, with a pay-for-performance structure and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience.
• Leadership experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance or transportation execution.
• Ability to build a business plan and achieve metrics.
• PM experience in construction/industrial sectors.
• Proficient in communicating metrics and reports.
