Hallmark Aviation Services in Houston seeks an Airport General Operations Manager IAH Airport to lead operational and administrative functions at IAH. You will guide multiple business units, ensure staffing aligns with contracts, and protect profitability while interfacing with airport authorities and airline management.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage budgets and service quality, with occasional travel and a readiness for weekend/holiday

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of passenger handling experience or airline operations at airports with 3 years in a management position.
Fluent in English (written and oral).
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Strong leadership and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct and coordinate all operational and administrative activities for Hallmark at IAH.
Ensure profitability and budget adherence across business units.
Manage staffing levels and scheduling across locations.
Interface with airport authorities and customer airline managers.
Maintain safety compliance with FAA/TSA policies.
