Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management.
• Experience with Corrigo or equivalent CMMS
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Good knowledge of regulations and laws.
• Be highly organized.
• Be able to negotiate lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations at the IAH airport location.
• Direct facilities functions and implement safety policies.
• Engage with vendors and contractors; minimize hazards.
• Prepare and monitor facilities budgets; forecast space needs.
• Coordinate remodeling and refurbishment initiatives.
