Job summary

Delta Exchange is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer toOwn the AWS estate, IaC pipelines, and production reliability for our crypto derivatives platform. You will lead the shift from manual ops to automated, enabling developers to focus on code while operations are delivered as self-service pipelines.

You'll work on Terraform-based infrastructure, EKS, CI/CD, observability, and disaster recovery with strong emphasis on security, governance, and scalable architectures across regions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in DevOps/platform/infra, hands-on
• Deep AWS production estate design/operation
• IaC discipline with Terraform
• Production container orchestration experience (Kubernetes/EKS)
• Programming beyond config (Python/Go/Bash)
• Strong networking, Linux, and IAM fundamentals
• DR drills and tested failover experience

Responsibilities

• Own AWS estate architecture, VPC, and cluster lifecycle (EKS)
• IaC as source of truth; manage Terraform modules and drift control
• Deliver CI/CD platforms and self-service dev environments
• Ensure reliability, DR readiness with SLOs, RTO/RPO
• Enforce security hygiene, least-privilege IAM and secrets lifecycle
