Job summary

Ro Health is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Paraeducators for North County school districts in Oceanside, CA. You’ll provide classroom support and 1:1 assistance to students while working a schedule that fits M-F hours (8 am–2:45 pm).

This position is available full-time or part-time, with a focus on helping students thrive in a classroom environment and collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver individualized support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; no prior school experience required but preferred.
• Strong assessment skills and teamwork ability.
• CPR certification required.
• Comfortable assisting with toileting.
• Willingness to help students learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and classroom support for students.
• Support teachers in North County school districts in Oceanside, CA.

We at Ro Health are currently looking for passionate individuals who have a desire to help children thrive to the best of their abilities while in school as a Paraeducator. As a Paraeducator (Para) you’d work at school districts in the North County area for a mix of classroom support and 1:1. This would be a full-time or part-time position supporting children in a classroom setting.

• Area: Oceanside, CA
