Job summary

PRODIRECT Dental Lab in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking an IT Manager with a strong ERP background to lead operations and systems integration for a growing US team. You will oversee ERP implementations, data security, and IT governance while aligning technology with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in IT with at least 3 years in a leadership role, hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/EBS/Cloud, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects in manufacturing or distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a management/leadership role.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems (EBS, Fusion, Cloud) and ERP implementations or migrations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems, with focus on Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure, data security, user support, and hardware/software maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure ERP alignment with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks.
• Plan and coordinate IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations; troubleshoot tickets.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Oracle support when needed.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the IT team for high performance and professional development.
• Oversee data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage company users, email, and IT budget; ensure cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems, with a focus on Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud Applications.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure, data security, user support, and hardware/software maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure ERP systems align with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks.
• Plan and coordinate IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations. IT trouble shoot ticket resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants or Oracle support when needed.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
• Oversee data integrity, data governance, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications:
