Job summary

Focus GTS is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a technology-focused initiative, including a multi-year ERP implementation. You will drive projects from concept through implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence while building strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration, proactive risk management, and clear communication to deliver business objectives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of project management experience in business solutions.
• 2 years of Oracle Fusion experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and quick learning of new systems.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, aligning scope, timeline, and budget.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing technology-focused projects that align with annual business plan and strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in a multi-year ERP implementation initiative, driving projects from concept through implementation while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of business objectives. The IT Project Manager partners cross-functionally, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively drives solutions that support organizational success.

What You Will Do:

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and communication updates
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate project status
• Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and outcomes
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
