Job summary

Altis is seeking an I&IT Business Analyst for a 6-month contract in Toronto. Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting resource utilization tracking and management.
• 7+ years stakeholder management and KPI reporting experience.
• 7+ years identifying IT operating cost drivers and savings levers.
• 7+ years developing and implementing use cases in enterprise portfolio tools like Asana or JIRA.
• 7+ years Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• 5+ years Power BI experience (reporting & analysis).
• 5+ years Power Automate experience, with strong requirements gathering and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and report on I&IT-wide performance KPIs.
• Identify IT operating cost drivers, develop savings opportunities, track results with Finance.
• Support resource utilization, overtime, hiring, and onboarding tracking across I&IT.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop Power BI reports, data analyses, and performance measures.
• Create process models, use cases, data flows, business rules, and change communications.
• Support implementation and ongoing use of enterprise portfolio management and reporting tools.
