Job summary

Integratedservice is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker in Fairfield County, OH, dedicated to empowering youth and families. You will utilize the I-FAST treatment model to instigate positive behavior changes and work collaboratively with diverse clients facing various challenges.

The position offers ongoing training, competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.26 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and a 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.
• Experience working with complex family systems and youth with severe emotional/mental health issues.
• Willingness to participate in team-building activities across systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST treatment model.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families.
• Engage primary caregivers and community agency staff in treatment.

Skills

Experience with multisystems (Court, Child Protective Services)

Communication skills (verbal/written)

Knowledge of community service systems

Education

Current license/certification (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC)
