Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker in Fairfield County, OH. This role engages families in home and community settings, applying the I-FAST model to support youth aged 5-21 and coordinate with schools, courts, and care teams.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in healthcare/behavioral health, and a valid driver's license for community-based work.

Qualifications

A high school degree or GED is required.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or behavioral health or three years of relevant experience is required.
2-3 years direct healthcare/behavioral health experience preferred.
Experience with multisystem services including courts, schools, child welfare is required.
Must have a valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Engage individuals and families in home and community to identify strengths, barriers, and goals.
Provide direct interventions using the I-FAST treatment model and principles.
Conduct assessments of client and family to inform treatment planning.
Collaborate with schools, courts, and care management during treatment planning.
Travel within designated service areas and provide care in home and community settings.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate EHR/documentation.
