Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with multisystem collaboration (court, child services, schools)
• Current license/certification (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC) preferred
• Experience with complex family systems and youth with emotional/mental health issues
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse communities
• Able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles.
• Assess client and family needs and inform treatment planning.
• Engage families and community partners in care.
• Lead weekly case planning with supervisor support.
• Ensure 24/7 availability with team as needed.
• Participate in training and supervision

Education

Current license/certification (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC) preferred
