Integratedservice is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker in Seaman, Ohio, to support children and families through the I-FAST model. Responsibilities include providing clinical treatments, conducting assessments, and engaging caregivers in treatment processes. The salary ranges from $19 to $22.26 per hour based on experience. Formación

• Comfortable working with diverse clients and communities.
• Experience working with multisystems (Court, Child Protective Services, Schools).
• Must operate effectively in an automated office environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families.
• Engage ongoing support from caregivers and community staff.
• Participate in weekly case planning and evaluation.
• Ensure clients have access to support 24/7 as needed.
• Lead cross-systems team-building activities.

Conocimientos

Cultural awareness

Communication skills (verbal/written)

Experience with complex family systems

Ability to engage caregivers and family members

Familiarity with community service systems

Understanding DSM diagnoses

Educación

Current license/certification (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC preferred)
