Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Pickaway County, OH seeks an I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker. You will provide direct clinical treatment, assess families, and help children/youth aged 5-21 make positive changes within their ecological context.

You will collaborate with schools, probation, and child welfare, conduct weekly case planning, and participate in ongoing training. Salary ranges $19.00–$22.26/hour with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with multisystems such as Court, CPS, Schools, OhioRise.
• Current license/certification (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) preferred.
• Experience with complex family systems and youth with severe MH issues.
• Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles.
• Conduct thorough assessment of client and family to inform treatment.
• Engage a diverse community of clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with schools, probation, and child welfare in treatment.
• Weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision.
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and consultation.
• Ensure access to 24/7 support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
