Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Franklin County, OH, is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker to empower youth and families by applying the I-FAST model and delivering strengths-based behavioral change.

The role collaborates with families, schools, and community partners to support children aged 5-21, conduct thorough assessments, and provide intensive interventions to improve functioning.

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker or equivalent (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) preferred.
• Experience with multisystem coordination (court, child welfare, schools, etc.).
• Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model.
• Assess client and family to inform treatment planning and engagement.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Lead weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision.
