Qualifikationen

• Five years of process instrumentation/electrical/refrigeration maintenance experience in industry.
• Two years maintenance experience with Associates Degree acceptable.
• Proficient in troubleshooting using loop drawings, schematics, ladder logic, electrical one-line, and P&ID drawings.
• Proficient in maintaining process control loops, electronic controls, valves, and transmitters.
• NCCER certification required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge

Aufgaben

• Maintain protection of the environment, health and safety of employees and community as a priority.
• Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on plant instrumentation, control systems, analyzers, electrical and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose minor problems and implement corrective action; consult with equipment vendors as necessary.
• Set up and operate shop tools and specialized test/measuring equipment; install conduits, wiring, lighting fixtures, cable trays, and electrical equipment.
• Test and evaluate electrical problems, power distribution, transformers, switchgear, rectifiers, DCS software, and related systems.
• Develop repair plans, procure materials, and execute repairs; update PMs and loop drawings.
• Repair, remove/install refrigeration equipment and support related tasks; operate lifting devices when required.
• Support safety programs, 24/7 operations, and ISO/QMS requirements.
