Job summary

Air Liquide USA LLC in Ingleside, TX is hiring an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair plant instrumentation, electrical distribution, process gas analyzers, and control systems at the ASU.

You will work to ensure safe, reliable cryogenic operations while optimizing process efficiency and product purity, collaborating with engineering and operations, and following quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial instrumentation and electrical maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex issues.
Familiarity with Asset Management principles and practices.
Knowledge of Quality Management systems in an industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Relevant technical certifications or an associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on instrumentation and electrical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
Follow established quality management procedures for maintenance activities.
Participate in asset management, tracking equipment performance and maintaining records.
Identify risks and implement mitigation for safe operations.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to integrate I&E systems.
Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
Interpret drawings, schematics, and P&IDs to support tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety, policies and environmental standards.
