Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. LP is seeking an I&E Technician in Bayport, TX. The role focuses on day‑to‑day maintenance and reliable operation of analytical equipment and electrical systems.

You will work with GCs, spectrometers, CEMs, and process control networks while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Candidates must have strong problem solving and communication skills, plus the ability to operate related equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred for advancement.
• Experience with analyzers, transmitters, control valves and MCC/switchgear is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate analyzers, transmitters, control valves, and MCC/switchgear.
• Troubleshoot plant instrumentation and instrument deviations using root-cause analysis.
• Support process automation through familiarity with DCS/SCADA and industrial protocols.
