Job summary

CF Industries is seeking an I&E Technician to safely maintain, repair, and replace plant equipment. You will install, troubleshoot, service and calibrate medium-voltage electrical systems and related electronics, ensuring continuous operation.

You will follow I&E procedures, work overtime, and be part of a team focused on safety, reliability, and environmental standards while supporting training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Academic degrees, certifications and licenses are preferred.
• Associate degree from technical school is desired.
• Basic skills in electrical AC/DC voltage, PLC, valves and systems are expected.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Repair or replace equipment to maintain continuous operation.
• Install, service, test and calibrate medium-voltage electrical systems and electronics.
• Read electrical blueprints, PIDs and schematics.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Be available for overtime and on-call shifts including weekends.
