Job summary

Revive Environmental is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrical systems and field instrumentation on our SCWO-based PFAS destruction units. The role collaborates with operations, engineering, and safety teams to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience as an I&E Technician in an industrial environment; chemical or continuous process experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, calibration, and PLC-based control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment including motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, VFDs, lighting, and power distribution.
• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot field instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters; control valves and actuators.
• Maintain plant process control systems including DCS, PLCs, HMIs, and I/O and support control loop performance.
• Perform loop checks, calibration documentation, and CMMS entries; participate in MOC and system upgrades.
• Support audits, safety, and regulatory compliance activities and maintain backups and documentation.
