Job summary

Revive Environmental in Wisconsin seeks a Field Service Technician to operate and maintain three SAFF 40 PFAS treatment systems at an Ashwaubenon site, ensuring performance guarantees. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components, perform wet lab testing, collect samples, and produce daily reports.

This role requires on-site presence, physical work up to 40 lbs, and a 4-hour emergency response, with training provided to gain full operational independence ahead of the August 14,

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to service pumps, valves and industrial equipment.
• Active electrical certification for 480V 3-phase systems.
• DOT and forklift certifications or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Comfort with wet lab/analytical water testing.
• Strong written communication for daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain three SAFF 40 treatment systems to optimize removal of PFOA and PFOS.
• Service and troubleshoot pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Maintain electrical systems powered by 480V 3‑phase power.
• Conduct routine water sampling and on-site wet lab testing.
• Bottle, label, and ship analytical samples per chain‑of‑custody procedures.
• Move drums and totes (up to 40 lbs) for foam concentrate collection and staging.
• Monitor system telemetry and performance data; escalate operational issues.
• Meet with customer points of contact during service visits and provide status updates.
• Write daily service and operations reports with system status and recommendations.
• Maintain site data records and support reporting to the Project Manager.
• Respond to on-site emergencies within 4 hours, including outside normal hours.
• Complete training on SAFF technology, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Follow PPE, lockout/tagout, and hazardous material handling procedures.
