We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE* IndustrialI&C Technicianfor a fully on-site role at our Kimball, Nebraska facility.Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates outside the local area.In this role, you are responsible for performing hands-on instrument checks, calibrations, and PLC Logic programming, along with diagnosing issues with control circuitry and assisting the electrical and maintenance departments with various tasks as needed.*Clean Harbors Kimball*is searching for a reliable and safety oriented,Industrial I&E Technician with an excellent mechanical aptitude to join our team!
Hourly Pay $35-$48- DOE, paid weekly, OT eligible, Monday- Friday, 45 hrs. per week minimum, 5/ 9 hour days, starting at 6:00 am. No nights or weekends!
Must be willing to work on-call and needed and live within 45-minutes of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Troubleshoots instrument and control malfunctions
- Performs preventative maintenance checks and calibrations
- Maintains accurate records and logs as required
- Services and replaces motors and lighting
- Performs general electrical maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma or Equivalent-required
- **1+ year instrumentation experience within anindustrial environment
- required**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading of electronic schematics-**required**
- Proficiency in process, programming utilizing software and PLC instrumentation diagrams-**required**
- Instrument training, degree, or certification -**preferred**
- Calibrations/Checks -**required**
- Control circuitry -**required**
- Install System Controls -**required**
- Troubleshooting -**required**
- Motor Control Centers -**required**
- Cabling -**required**
- Data Control System (DCS) -**preferred**
- Power Dist. Center -**required**
- Power Wiring -**required**

- VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) -**preferred**
- High Voltage (480) electrical -**required**
- Electrical training or certification a plus
- Ability to work in team environment
- Proficiency in Windows based applications
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. from the ground to your waste
- Climb up and down vertical ladders
- Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
- 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Valid Driver's License
- Punctuality and attendance
- Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
