Job summary

Western Midstream in Carrizo Springs, TX seeks an E&I Midstream Operations team member to support high-, medium- and low-voltage substation operations. The role combines expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation and controls to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.

You will troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment, read and redline drawings, and coordinate with plant operations, engineering, and maintenance to maximize throughput while minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of gas processing plant experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot control systems and electronic equipment.
• Proficient computer skills; SAP preferred.
• Journeyman-Electrical license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and comply with company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance with plant supervision and other teams.
• Diagnose and repair motor starters, motors and switchgear.
• Read and redline electrical drawings.
• Work with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems including Allen Bradley.
• Manage data in CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations.
